Reminder: Raw entries are unverified totals. Duplicate entries (existing candidates or earlier affiliate endorsements) will be filtered out during validation prior to Weekly Payout.
Import old referrals (60-day duplicate window)
Duplicate is no longer forever. A candidate can be re-endorsed 60 days after their last endorsement date. Upload the old sheet/CSV with Email, Contact Number, and Timestamp (Birthdate is ignored for the window). Extra columns like City / BPO Experience are fine. This does not email anyone and does not add ₱2.00.
If your import summary shows a high Skipped older than 60 days count, those people are not in the duplicate database — re-endorsing them will show Awaiting email. Use the checkbox below to seed locks from today instead.
VALID CONSENT sheet sync
Applicant-confirmed referrals (status VALIDATED) are written to Google Sheet tab VALID CONSENT - TP, FVR & EXL. New confirmations sync automatically. Use this once to paste all already-validated rows that are not on the sheet yet.
Wipe email-verification test referrals
The Firestore console filter list will not show source or portal_form unless those fields already appear on the docs currently on screen. Use this instead. It deletes only native form / bulk test records (including locks, verify docs, and ₱2.00 test payouts). Old weekly/monthly raw counts are left alone.
Detect & Purge Orphaned Cross-Month Entries
Finds raw_referrals docs whose Month Key doesn't match the actual month of their timestamp — the signature left behind by the old override bug, where a "weekly" entry for one month got stamped with today's date. These can inflate another month's Weekly total even though they don't belong to it.

Valid hires become withdrawable only on or after that date — and only if the affiliate stayed active (at least 1 validated Refer & Earn referral in each of the 3 weeks before the due date). A missed week rolls the claimable date to the next 30th.
